My journey hasn’t always been easy. I was honored to have this casual conversation with her for this episode, during which I had so many aha moments as we talked about values and how they shape our businesses. Plus, I asked all the questions to get her take on how we use values to organize everything from our digital files to our processes and decisions.

- When was there a time in my life when I felt out of alignment? Angered? Stuck?

- How do we use values as we coach our clients?
- What do I do when two values come up against each other?
